Yury Lytvynenko has a diverse work experience in the field of program management, engineering, coaching, and leadership. Yury worked as a Program Manager at hOS Inc from February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head Of Engineering at AMFG from August 2022 to February 2023. At Ciklum, Yury worked as a Lead Delivery Manager from May 2020 to July 2022, where they focused on establishing efficient processes and improving communication. As an Agile Coach at agiledrive from March 2019 to March 2022, they facilitated Agile transformations for various Ukrainian companies.

Yury has also been involved in speaking engagements at various IT events since May 2011, where they shared their knowledge and expertise. At Namecheap, Inc, they served as an Agile Coach from March 2018 to July 2019, assisting the Engineering department in adopting Agile practices. Yury also worked as an Agile Coach and Trainer at Scrumguides from October 2016 to May 2018.

In previous roles, Yury held leadership positions such as VP of Engineering at Kreditech Holding SSL GmbH from April 2015 to April 2017, where they managed the Engineering organization and established development processes. Yury also worked as an Engineering Manager and Software Engineer at the same company.

Earlier in their career, Yury worked at Grid Dynamics International, Inc as a Software Engineer from December 2012 to March 2014, where they worked on eCommerce projects and led a team of developers. Yury also worked at Aviaso as a Software Engineer and Team Leader from March 2008 to November 2012.

Yury Lytvynenko earned their Master's degree in Computer Science from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, where they studied from 2002 to 2008.
