Dr. Katja Hambsch is currently working as a Principal at Horváth with experience in procurement, eProcurement, shared services, reorganization, operational excellence, lean management, process optimization, leadership development, training, coaching, change management, and communication in manufacturing and service industries. Prior to this, Dr. Katja held positions at TU Darmstadt as a Research Associate and Doctoral Candidate in the area of Supply Chain and Network Management, and at Porsche Consulting GmbH as a Working Student, Intern, and Diploma Student in Lean Management. Dr. Hambsch holds a Doktor degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Technische Universität Darmstadt and a Diplom degree in Business Education from the University of Mannheim.
