Joshua R. Hollander serves as the Chief Executive Officer for North America at Horton International, where leadership primarily focuses on executive search and sales team development in the fintech and insurtech sectors. Alongside this role, Joshua hosts the Insurtech Leadership Podcast and is a co-founder and vice president of the InsurTech Association, which aims to transform the insurance industry through technology. Additional contributions include serving as a founding board member and committee chair at InnSure, a strategic advisor for the Nassau Re/Imagine Incubator Program, and previously mentoring at the Hartford InsurTech Hub.
