Allison J. Farrell is a Senior Litigation Counsel at the Horseracing Integrity & Welfare Unit, responsible for overseeing the anti-doping and controlled medication program for Thoroughbred horseracing. Prior to this role, Farrell worked as an Oil and Gas, Real Estate, and Equine Law Attorney at Jenkins Fenstermaker, PLLC, and as a Litigation Attorney at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, specializing in oil and gas litigation. Farrell is also a co-owner of Almost Heaven Vanners, LLC, a Gypsy Vanner breeding and show barn. Allison J. holds a J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law, a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from University at Buffalo, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from University of Montana.
