Caren Gray, PHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in workforce planning, employee relations, and recruitment. Currently serving as a Human Resource Generalist at Horsburgh & Scott since April 2018, Caren oversees recruiting processes and collaborates with management on job evaluations and HR policies. Caren also operates as the Certified Wedding & Event Planner and Owner of CGray Wedding & Event Planner, LLC, established in 2004. Past roles include HR positions at Quality Synthetic Rubber, Inc., CardPak, Inc., and Cleveland Clinic, among others, demonstrating a comprehensive HR background.
