Kenneth Moss is currently a Trustee at Horry Electric Cooperative Inc. Kenneth has also worked as an electrical engineer at Santee Cooper from May 1991 to April 1998. Some of their duties there included short term generation and transmission planning, unit commitment, and contingency planning for generation and transmission outages. From January 1998 to September 2000, Kenneth Moss was a Deputy County Attorney at Horry County, SC. Prior to that, they worked at Wright, Worley, Pope, Ekster & Moss, PLLC. Kenneth Moss obtained their degree in electrical engineering from Clemson University.

Kenneth Moss received their Doctor of Law from the University of South Carolina, their ME from the University of South Carolina in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and their BS from North Carolina State University in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Kenneth also has a certification from the South Carolina Supreme Court in South Carolina Circuit Court Mediator.
