Ashley Monaghan is an experienced executive producer currently working at Hornet since March 2022. Previously, Ashley held positions as managing director and executive producer at Smile + Wave, and executive producer at Tendril Studio. Ashley also has a strong background in the fitness industry, serving as a CrossFit and yoga instructor at the Academy Of Lions from May 2016 to August 2022. Early career roles include head of sales at Soft Citizen, sales and marketing at Relish Editing, and several production-related positions, including internships at Circle Productions and Barna-Alper Productions. Educationally, Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio & Television Arts with a Minor in English from Ryerson University, complemented by additional studies at Queen's University and Toronto Metropolitan University.
