Kathy Krinke currently serves as the Master Data Applications Lead at Hormel Foods since July 2024, following a distinguished 34-year career at 3M. At 3M, roles included Master Data Information Technology Manager, where Kathy led global initiatives for customer and vendor master data governance, and Global Change Management Lead for Master Data and Reporting and Analytics, developing frameworks to enhance data quality. Kathy’s earlier positions encompassed oversight of Business Transformation as Global SAP Master Data Supervisor and contributions as an IT SAP Business Analyst, among others. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Concordia University-St. Paul.
