Adolfo Esquer is an experienced professional with over 20 years in manufacturing, specializing in Operational Excellence, Lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma projects. Currently serving as the Horizons Production & CI Manager at Horizons Window Fashions since April 2023, Adolfo previously held the position of Sr. Operational Excellence Engineer at Springs Window Fashions from August 2016 to October 2022. Adolfo's background includes significant roles at Coca-Cola CDF and Cervecería Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma FEMSA, where responsibilities ranged from corporate strategy to plant operations.
