Since December 2021, Andy has also been a Specialist Expert Coach and Leadership Partner at Horizon37, guiding C-suite executives in tech innovation scale-ups to achieve significant improvements in team performance through transformative mindset and leadership shifts. Additionally, since January 2019, Andy has been a Purpose Discovery Facilitator at Tolado, assisting individuals in uncovering their unique contributions and unlocking their full potential.
