Nayana Chavan is currently serving as an Analytics Analyst II at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since August 2023. Prior to this role, Nayana held the position of Lead Business Intelligence Analyst at Citizens from June 2022, where responsibilities included developing a systematic methodology for success measurements and collaborating on data visualization projects. From February 2012 to June 2022, Nayana worked as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst and QlikSense Developer at Investors Bank, specializing in the development of various critical reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau and QlikSense. Nayana completed education at L & T Institute of Technology in Mumbai, India, from 1996 to 2000.
