Denisha Crumpler-Val is an experienced professional in diversity and human resources, currently serving as the Diversity and Work/Life Program Manager at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since May 2018, where previous roles included Diversity/Work Life Program Specialist and Diversity/Worklife Coordinator. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as University and Diversity Recruiting Coordinator at Pfizer and a student supervisor position at Mabel Smith Douglass Library. Denisha gained additional HR experience as an INROADS HR intern at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey in 2016 and 2017, where responsibilities included training interns and organizing events. Earlier roles also include a Production Assistant at All Stars Project, Inc. and a Summer Intern at AIG. Denisha holds a Master of Business Administration from Saint Peter's University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University.
