Dr. Riley Livingstone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, evaluation, and investment planning. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Investment Planning at the National Capital Commission since November 2021, Dr. Livingstone leads survey programs and evaluates various client initiatives. Previously, roles included Research Associate at Mount Allison University, where Dr. Livingstone conducted international literature reviews on community care, and Doctoral Researcher at the University of Strathclyde, focusing on collaborative innovation in public health. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Work Employment and Organisation and a Postgraduate Certificate in Research Methodology from the University of Strathclyde, as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of New Brunswick.
