Adrian Vezetiu is an experienced professional in process improvement and Lean methodologies, currently serving as the Manager of Process Improvement at Horizon Global since March 2022. Previously, Adrian held the position of Lean Expert at Premium AEROTEC from October 2015 to March 2022, where responsibilities included coordinating projects to enhance work efficiency and productivity while implementing various continuous improvement systems, such as Kaizen and Kanban. Prior roles include Kaizen Engineer at ELDON Group and Production Engineer at Schaeffler, focusing on production optimization and equipment effectiveness. Adrian holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from IASSC, a Master's degree in Industrial Management from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov, and several other qualifications in project management and coaching, reflecting a strong educational background in industrial engineering and management.
