Marvin Charles is an experienced professional with a diverse background in agriculture, finance, and ministry. Currently serving as the Executive Ag Relationship Manager and Loan Officer at Horizon Farm Credit since May 2012, Marvin specializes in providing customized loan solutions for farmers and farm service businesses in Lancaster County. In addition to financial services, Marvin has been a Pastor at Marietta Mennonite Church since April 2016, contributing to the ministerial team in preaching and community leadership. From April 2016 to January 2022, Marvin was the Owner of Charles Brothers LLC, a farming partnership, and previously worked as a Cutco Sales Representative at Vector Marketing, where Marvin ranked in the top 1% of college student sales nationally. Marvin holds a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.
