Kathleen Favale is the Chief Operating Officer in the Commissioning Division at FST Technical Services. Kathleen previously worked as the Marketing Manager at Horizon Engineering Associates, LLP before it was acquired by FST Technical Services. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Joseph's College, Kathleen has extensive experience in directing firm-wide marketing and business development activities to ensure financial stability and growth. Kathleen has a background in preparing and executing proposals and managing teams to execute marketing strategies consistent with corporate branding guidelines. In previous roles, Kathleen has also managed store operations, supervised employees, and set sales goals to exceed previous year sales targets.
