Philip Schultz is an experienced leader in the housing industry, currently serving as President of Midwest Affordable Housing Corporation since January 2000. In addition, Philip has held the position of President at Horizon Management Services, Inc., where management of residential and commercial divisions takes place at the Milwaukee office. Further involvement includes serving as Principal at Horizon Construction Group, Inc., Horizon Design Build Manage, and Horizon Development Group, all initiated in 1998. Philip Schultz holds a Bachelor's degree from Lawrence University, completed between 1971 and 1975, and attended Marquette University High School from 1967 to 1971.
