Megan Nunnally is the current AVP, BSA Officer at Horizon Community Bank. Megan has over 9 years of experience in the banking industry, having previously worked as an AVP, Financial Center Operations Manager at Bank of America from October 2008 to December 2017. In their role at Bank of America, Megan co-managed the financial center team alongside the Branch Manager and was responsible for training employees on the safety and security of the financial center, as well as coaching/managing employees to their operations and sales performance. Megan has a strong focus on ensuring optimal audit scores and led 12 successful internal financial center audits from 2010 - 2017. In their previous role, Megan also worked closely with the Financial Center Manager to ensure sales goals were met and that each associate understood the importance of excellent customer service and perception.
Megan Nunnally has completed a Certification from the American Bankers Association in Compliance School - Foundational and a Certification from ProBank Austin in BSA School Certification.
