Rick Schabo has a strong background in commercial banking. Rick started their career at M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank in 1991, where they worked as a VP Business Banking for over 20 years. In 2011, they joined Associated Bank as a Senior Vice President in Commercial Banking. After three years, they moved to Baylake Bank as a Market President, where they worked until 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Market President/Commercial Banking at Horicon Bank.

Rick Schabo graduated from Appleton Xavier High School in 1986. Rick then went on to attend the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1986 to 1990, where they received a degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance and Marketing.
