Tine Charlotte Holm is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Carrot since October 2021, Tine also holds board member positions at Horde and BBL Pivotal. Prior to this, Tine was the CEO of Oslo Market Solutions AS, where responsibilities included customer relations and project management from April 2011 to October 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant Manager at Made Music Norway and Project Manager at Connecting AS, alongside early work as a commercial actress at Sagafilm. Tine holds an Executive MBA in Technology and Innovation of Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics, along with bachelor’s degrees in Math, Economics, Statistics, and Finance from Aix-Marseille University and the University of Bergen.
