Scott Leone is a seasoned database professional with extensive experience spanning multiple roles in data management and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Database Administrator at Horace Mann since July 2020, Scott previously held positions including Database Team Lead, Architect, and Data Engineer at Tate & Lyle, where responsibilities included overseeing a Microsoft SQL Server DBA team for a large SAP ERP system. Earlier roles at SourceLink and School District U-46 involved significant database development and administration for various data management systems. Scott's career also includes a long tenure at Bemis Company, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, and initial development experience at Geneer on projects for major corporations.
