Wout Cox serves as the Head of Customer Contact Operations for the SME segment at KPN since August 2024. Prior to this role, Wout has been a Senior Consultant in Customer Care and CX at Coniche since January 2018, providing consultancy and interim management for various clients, including notable companies like T-Mobile and Rabobank. Wout also advises on resident contact strategies for Portaal and has holds multiple consulting positions across several organizations, such as Mosadex Groep and Port of Amsterdam. Additionally, Wout contributes as a core lecturer at Coniche Business School, focusing on Customer Experience Management. Wout's educational background includes an MBA in Customer Contact Management from Coniche Business School and a Master’s in Business Communication from Radboud University.
