Lisa Takoudes is a seasoned legal professional with a strong background in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Hopkins School since July 2021, Lisa previously worked as an Associate Attorney at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP from April 1998 to August 2002, focusing on corporate restructuring, and at Wilson Elser from September 1996 to April 1998, where the emphasis was on Directors and Officers insurance liability. Lisa holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, complementing a solid educational foundation with extensive professional experience.
