Rhonda Curtis has extensive experience in customer service and team leadership, currently serving as a 360 Team Lead and Trainer, Onboarding Specialist, and IPP Scheduling Specialist at Hopebridge since December 2017. Additionally, Rhonda has been working as a Consultant for LimeLight by Alcone since January 2018. Prior to these roles, Rhonda spent over 16 years at h.h. gregg, where responsibilities included managing a Customer Service Call Center with over 40 agents and overseeing incident tracking operations as the Assistant Manager. Rhonda is a graduate of Newton Community High School.
