Charlie Brown FCG is an experienced governance professional and trustee board member with extensive expertise in corporate secretarial roles. Currently serving as a Trustee Board member for Hope for Justice and Slave-Free Alliance since May 2023, Charlie also holds positions on the Global Council of The Chartered Governance Institute since February 2022 and has been President and UKI Board member since November 2009. With a solid background in leading secretarial functions for FTSE 100 companies, Charlie's previous roles include Company Secretary at Experian plc, Group Company Secretary at Standard Chartered PLC, and various senior positions at Allied Domecq plc, RMC Group p.l.c., and English China Clays plc, among others.
