Kimberla Little has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the human resources and sales fields. Kimberla began their career as a Sales Manager at MMI Hotel Group, where they provided sales and service to corporate, government, medical, and leisure travelers. Kimberla then worked as a Corporate Sales Manager at Marriott International, where they served as a liaison between the company and peer organizations and handled all aspects of consultative selling. Kimberla joined Regions Bank in 2005 as a Senior Recruiting Consultant, where they provided recruiting services to business unit managers and executed the entire recruiting life cycle. Kimberla later became an Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Generalist at Regions Bank, where they communicated with internal and external candidates for employment opportunities and negotiated salary offers and sign-on bonuses. Currently, Kimberla is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Hope Enterprise Corporation, where they oversee human resources operations.
Kimberla Little obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Education from Jackson State University in the years 2000 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Leadership from Belhaven University from 2010 to 2012. In addition, they obtained a certification in "Grit: How Teams Persevere to Accomplish Great Goals" from LinkedIn in January 2020.
