Kevin Manning, J.D., is an experienced professional in commercial credit underwriting and mortgage compliance. Currently serving as a Commercial Credit Underwriter III at Hope Enterprise Corporation since June 2023, Kevin previously held positions at CapStar Bank as a Credit Underwriter and at Hire Counsel in a legal review capacity, where responsibilities included document responsiveness assessments and privilege determinations. Kevin's earlier roles as a Mortgage Closer with Acopia Capital Group and Bank of Tennessee involved significant contributions to loan closing processes, compliance assurance, and operational efficiency improvements. With a solid foundation in credit analysis from the USDA and a background in mergers and acquisitions at Miller Land Professionals, Kevin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Mississippi College School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Tennessee Technological University.
