Rachel Martinez, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced HR leader and systems thinker currently serving as the Director of HR and Organizational Culture at Hope Community, Inc. They previously held the position of Administrative Operations Manager at Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery from 2016 to 2022 and worked as an Office Administrator at Lieberman-Nelson, Inc. from 2012 to 2016. Rachel began their career as a Pharmacy Team Lead at Target, where they worked from 2008 to 2012. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Women's Studies from the University of Minnesota between 1997 and 2001.
