Sandra Gaddy is currently a Trustee at Hope College. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Advancement for the Inner City Christian Federation from April 2013 to March 2017. The ICCF is the oldest nonprofit housing corporation in the state of Michigan, owning and managing over 600 affordable and market rate housing units throughout West Michigan.
From March 2008 to December 2013, Sandra was the Chief Development and Communications Officer for Mel Trotter Ministries. Mel Trotter is a leading rescue mission in the United States with services ranging from emergency shelter support to clinical and recovery services. They help over 5,000 individuals annually across West Michigan.
Prior to their work with nonprofits, Sandra worked in the banking industry for 15 years. Sandra served as the Vice President of Private Banking for PNC from August 2004 to January 2007 and as Vice President of Business Banking for Chase from January 2002 to December 2007.
Sandra Gaddy has an Executive MBA from the Seidman College of Business at Grand Valley State University, a BS in Business Management from Cornerstone University, and a degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Ferris State University. Sandra also has an Executive Leadership Program from Inforum Center for Leadership.
