Florence Massen is a Software Engineer at Talkwalker since November 2017, specializing in the maintenance and development of the internal subscription management and provisioning application. Between February 2014 and March 2017, Florence served as the Head of Business Analysis and Accounting Departments at Association d'assurance accident (AAA), overseeing a team of five, recruiting new employees, and coordinating with IT and external auditors, while reviewing budget proposals and finance reports for the executive committee. Florence began their career at Université catholique de Louvain as a Business Analyst and later as a Research Assistant, contributing to multiple scientific articles. Additionally, as a Funded Researcher, Florence developed an optimization framework funded by an AFR grant, providing counseling for several master's theses in combinatorial optimization. Florence holds a PhD in Engineering Sciences, an MSc in Computer Science and Engineering, and a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Applied Computer Science from prestigious institutions.
