Colleen McNamara serves as the Head of Content at Heyday by Hootsuite since June 2020, leading a team of content professionals in various disciplines. Prior to this role, Colleen held several content-focused positions, including Sr. Manager of Content and Content Marketing Manager at Stradigi AI, where responsibilities included coaching junior marketers and developing comprehensive content strategies. Experience also includes serving as Manager of Content Strategy at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, Content Director at Benjamin David Group, and various roles in content creation and management at Luxury Retreats and other publications. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from McGill University and a Master’s Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Concordia University.
