Charlie Roberson is an experienced professional with a focus on user retention and project delivery. Currently serving as the Manager of User Resurrection and Retention at Later since January 2021, Charlie leads a team to drive revenue from dormant users and enhance retention through optimised cancellation flows and key metric monitoring. Prior to this role, Charlie was the Head of Project Delivery at Verbate, overseeing global market research projects, and earlier held positions as an Account Executive and Digital Content Manager. Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Classics from the University of Warwick.
