Jolene LeConte has a diverse background in the financial and pension sectors, with a focus on education, training, and program planning. Jolene started their career at OMERS in 2007, where they served as a Pension Specialist before transitioning into roles as an Education and Training Specialist and eventually a Manager. In 2017, they joined HOOPP as a Stakeholder Outreach Manager before progressing to roles including Program Planning and Reporting Manager, Manager of Reporting for the Office of the COO, Senior Manager of the Office of the COO, and currently, they hold the position of Associate Director in the Office of the COO.
Jolene LeConte completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.) degree in Management Economics in Industry & Finance at the University of Guelph from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Toronto in 2015. Jolene also pursued a Registered Retirement Consultant qualification from The Canadian Institute of Financial Planning in 2014 and a Pension Plan Administration Certificate from Humber College in 2012.
