John To is a Senior Analyst at the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) since March 2009, responsible for preparing accurate month-end and year-end financial statements in compliance with ASPE and IFRS, while serving as a liaison between auditors and investment accounting. Prior to HOOPP, John To worked as a Consultant at BMO Financial Group from 2008 to March 2009, focusing on corporate treasury governance and financial management, including the analysis of risk results and financial reporting. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Manager at The Citco Group of Companies from 2006 to 2008, overseeing timely delivery of reporting for hedge fund clients. John To holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Alberta.
