Bernadette Pomeroy is an experienced project manager with a strong background in customer service and project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager at HOOPP since March 2021, Bernadette previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Questrade Financial Group and Project Manager at Community Trust. With an extensive career at CitiFinancial, Bernadette managed quality assurance, customer care, and internal audit projects, also leading a customer service team to achieve high standards of service. Bernadette holds a Business Administration degree in Marketing and Finance from Sheridan College, completed between 1992 and 1995.
