John Randall Stephenson is an Associate Attorney at Hooks Meng & Clement, PLLC., where John Randall has been working since October 2023. Prior to this, John Randall served as the Principal Deputy Legislative Counsel at the Nevada Legislative Counsel Bureau from May 1992 to January 2020. Before joining the Legislative Counsel Bureau, John Randall worked as a Judicial Clerk at the Seventh Judicial District Court from September 1990 to May 1992. John obtained their J.D. from Golden Gate University, School of Law in 1990 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of California, Berkeley. John Randall also attended the University of Nevada-Reno and graduated from Earl Wooster High School.
