Michael Clarke has worked in a variety of roles since 2000, beginning with a Sales role at FedEx. In 2007, they were a Regional Sales Manager at UniFirst Corporation. From 2010 to 2013, they were a District Manager at ADP TotalSource, where they managed a Professional Employer Organization. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Regional Sales Director at Concentra. In 2021, they were a Sales Leader at Strike Graph. Currently, they are the Vice President of Sales at Hook Security Co.

Michael Clarke attended PennWest Clarion from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance.
