Susana Velasquez currently serves as the Head of The Web Department at Hook + Ladder Digital, overseeing UX/UI, conversion rate optimization (CRO), development, and email marketing. With extensive experience as a CRO Strategist and Consultant, Susana has collaborated with various agencies in Colombia, enhancing web design through Atomic Design and UX best practices. Previous roles include Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst at 4080 Marketing, Digital Project Manager at Casual Sushi, and Account Manager at Endrock Growth & Analytics, among others. Susana's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidad EAFIT.
