Estefania Torregroza is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in marketing and community management. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO at Hook + Ladder Digital since February 2022, Estefania also fills the role of Digital Marketing Specialist. Prior experience includes positions as Community Manager at Polar Immigration Consulting, Forever Beauty & Makeup Studio, Agencia Catalyst, and The Box, among others. Estefania holds a degree in Marketing and International Business from Universidad Sergio Arboleda - Barranquila, along with additional certifications in Marketing and Digital Advertising from the same institution, as well as an academic exchange program at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. Language studies were completed at Alianza Francesa and Centro Colombo Americano.
