Annette Mando is a seasoned legal advisor with extensive experience in administrative law. Currently serving as a Legal Advisor at Hoogheemraadschap van Rijnland since March 2020, Annette previously held various positions at Yacht, including General Legal Advisor in Administrative Law and Legal Advisor for enforcement of the Opium Act. Annette's expertise spans legal advisory roles in municipalities, such as Vervoerregio Amsterdam and Gemeente Zaanstad, where responsibilities included addressing legal matters in navigation and public safety. Annette also has interim experience at Sanquin Bloedvoorziening and has collaborated with organizations like the Nederlandse Beroepsorganisatie van Accountants. Annette holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in private and administrative law from Leiden University, completed between 1998 and 2004.
