Steven C Funk is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in designing and commissioning mission-critical facilities, including laboratories and data centers. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Hood-Patterson & Dewar since 2009, Steven leads commissioning initiatives and offers engineering expertise to various stakeholders. Prior to this role, Steven owned Funk Engineering Services, Inc., providing contract mechanical engineering services from 1999 to 2009, and contributed to the design of high-profile university and pharmaceutical facilities. Earlier positions include mechanical engineering roles at HESM&A, Inc. and Siemens Industry, where responsibilities spanned from design to project management. Steven's career began as an Electrician Assistant at Robert M. Oglesby Electrical Contracting, following a co-op experience that led to a full-time Project Manager position at McKenney's, Inc.
