Rashida Kimbrue Major is an experienced professional currently serving as a Graduate Assistant at Hood College since September 2024. With a strong background in education and program management, Rashida has previously held the position of Associate Partner, Programs at The Learning Accelerator from January 2022 to September 2024, and Manager of Program Investments at The Chicago Public Education Fund from May 2018 to December 2021. Rashida’s expertise includes leveraging data for strategic planning, policy analysis, and improving instructional practices, highlighted during roles at various educational organizations including MCPS and the NYC Department of Education. Rashida's earlier experience encompasses managerial and operational roles at Victoria's Secret and a business process engineering internship at Geo- San Inc. Rashida holds a Master's degree in Public Relations from Full Sail University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Hampton University, with ongoing doctoral studies in Organizational Leadership at Hood College.
