Zachary started their career at Tampa General Hospital, where they worked as a Compensation Analyst, Senior Compensation Analyst, and Compensation & HRIS Analyst. At Tampa General Hospital, they supported the development and administration of compensation programs, designed pay practices, and implemented policies related to compensation.
