Tim Garrett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and HR consulting, currently serving as Principal at Diversified Performance Solutions, LLC since October 2008. Garrett specializes in leadership mentoring, employee relations, union avoidance, compensation and benefits, health care, retirement programs, and cultivating a culture of excellence, partnering with organizations to enhance operational performance. Prior to this role, Garrett held the position of Vice President & Division Manager Administration at Honda of America Mfg., Inc. from April 1983 to October 2008, overseeing administration functions for a workforce of over 13,000 associates and contributing to significant annual revenues.
