Vlad Maltsev is an accomplished professional in marketing and sales, currently serving in these roles at Honkarakenne Oyj and Tornator Oyj since 2010 and 2014, respectively. As the owner of Nordic Development Oy since 2004, Vlad focuses on developing luxury holiday homes in Eastern Finland. Previous experience includes managerial positions in marketing and sales at Rantasalmi Log Houses Oy and Pohjolan Design-Talo Oy / GLORIA HOUSE, where responsibilities included project management and launching products in the Russian market. Vlad has also held roles in research as a project manager at ADC Consulting Ltd and as a freelance researcher at RD Aluekehitys Oy and the University of Lapland. Vlad holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Arkhangelsk State Technical University and has pursued studies in International Trade at Kemi-Tornio University of Applied Sciences.
