Matthew Sabers, CPA, currently serves as an Assurance Supervisor at Honkamp, P.C. since February 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Assistant Financial Controller at Dohrn Transfer Company from November 2020 to February 2023 and worked as an Audit Senior at Deloitte from January 2016 to November 2020. Matthew began their career as a Graduate Assistant in Financial Aid at St. Ambrose University in 2015, and also gained experience as a Finance Intern at Heartland Financial USA, Inc. in 2014. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, both from St. Ambrose University, with studies completed in 2015 and 2014, respectively.
