Nurazlin Sharif has extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as an Assistant Manager for Customer Service Operation at Hong Leong Bank Berhad since April 2022. Prior to this role, Nurazlin held the position of Assistant Manager of Administrative and Customer Care at Aeon Fantasy Malaysia from April 2018 to October 2022, contributing to the edutainment industry. Nurazlin's career at Hong Leong Bank Berhad began as a Senior Executive, a position held from September 2012 to April 2018. Earlier experience includes working as an Executive at AmBank Group from July 2008 to September 2012. Academically, Nurazlin holds two Bachelor's degrees in Business IT with Accounting and Accounting and Business/Management from Coventry University and Kolej Universiti Poly-Tech MARA, respectively, both completed between 2002 and 2007.
