Karen Macmillan is an experienced professional in the tourism and airline industries, currently serving as the Director for Australia, New Zealand & South Pacific at the Hong Kong Tourism Board since September 2021. Prior roles include Director of Sales for Australian and Partnerships for AU/NZ at Hawaiian Airlines, and eCommerce Manager for AU/NZ at Emirates. Karen's career began at Cathay Pacific Airways in various marketing roles. Currently pursuing an MBA at the Sydney Business School, Karen also engages in a Diploma of Project Management at TAFE NSW and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sydney University.
