Janice Zhang serves as the Manager for MICE at the Hong Kong Tourism Board since November 2019, focusing on the Southern China market. Prior to this role, Janice was the MICE Regional Manager for South China at Club Med from March 2014 to November 2019, where responsibilities included leading the South MICE sales team, managing key accounts, and spearheading incentive trip projects. Earlier in Janice's career, Janice held the position of Senior Sales Manager at Guangdong Nanhu International Travel Agency from June 2007 to February 2014. Janice obtained an MBA from Concordia University-Wisconsin between 2018 and 2020 and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Guangzhou University from 2003 to 2007.
