Jingwen MU is currently the Director of Institutional Research & Strategic Planning at Hong Kong Baptist University, a position held since June 2023. Additionally, Jingwen serves as an External Consultant for The World Bank, involved in the PASET Benchmarking Initiative and the Saudi Arabia Education Program since March 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Project Expert at Universitas 21 and Senior Global Strategy Advisor to the Vice-Chancellor and Strategic Planning Manager at The University of Auckland. Jingwen also held the position of Senior Planning Analyst and Project Lead for the PASET Benchmarking Initiative at The World Bank from December 2015 to December 2018, and acted as Consulting Manager & Partner for ShanghaiRanking. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors, both from The University of Auckland.
